Eyebrow microblading goes by a few different names like, microstroking, micropigmentation, eyebrow embroidery, eyebrow feathering, and 3D eyebrows. No matter the name, the procedure of microblading eyebrows is relatively new here, but it has been popular in Asia and Europe for roughly 25 years.
Manual microblading is a form of semi-permanent tattoo that involves using tiny needles (instead of a tattoo gun) that make up a small blade to help deposit pigment under your skin. They typically last somewhere between one to three years depending on skin type and lifestyle. A touch up is recommended 12-18 months later to keep the color looking vibrant, and the microblade strokes looking crisp. Semi-permanent eyebrows are actually one of the benefits of microblading, considering how skin changes with age, and eyebrow trends can differ with time. The eyebrow shape and color can be adapted to fit changes in skin and eyebrow trends. I also do shading (which can be done with strokes or alone and is done by a stippling action). They call it a “powder brow” and fills in the eyebrows and leaves a look like you had powdered them in.
The initial microblading procedure appointment costs $275. The mandatory 6 to 8 week touch-up costs $150

“Tracey thank you for making this experience great. You made me relaxed. I’m so glad i went thru with this. Sent your pictures of before and after to my daughter and she said they look so natural.”

Client above didn’t have one hair on her eyebrows. Did microblading with natural strokes. Picture is immediately after microblading.
