Confidence! It's what gives us the power to believe in ourselves and push forward, even when we are fearful. After mourning the passing of three family members in hospice, in middle-age Tracey began a quest to live without regret.
She decided to do all of the things in life that she always wanted to try, but thought were out of reach because something inside was holding her back. She went about this in the only way that she knew how. She decided to kick fear to the curb and Kickstart a Kickass Life!
An exuberant story-teller, unabashedly honest and forthright, Tracey tells her story of dealing with panic attacks and agoraphobia, to becoming a successful fashion model, author, makeup artist, and then a Minnesota Roller Derby Girl at the age of 45, all while juggling the stresses of being a single mom.
Her relatable humor and candor leave audiences inspired that they too can start to kick-ass in their own life! Tracey wants to share the tools she uses to help push past fear and gain confidence to keep moving forward and try new adventures.
